We support racialized and marginalized person communities encompassing black women and girls, youth, seniors, persons with disabilities, immigrants, refugees, and individuals facing financial challenges. Our support extends to those struggling with multiple circumstances such as poverty, mental health concerns, substance abuse, unresolved trauma, or past experiences of abuse.

We look at your unique situation and needs, and together, we create plans with clear goals. These plans cover things you need in the short and long term, like healthcare or social services; housing, education, and employment opportunities.
